Product Description

The aluminum alloy thermal-control oxide film is a functional oxide layer applied to the surfaces of spacecraft aluminum alloys in the space environment, designed to regulate temperature and ensure the safe operation of onboard components. Its key performance indicators include resistance to thermal shock (±180°C/−35°C) and a hemispherical emissivity of ≥85%, among others. As a replacement for conventional thermal-control coatings on spacecraft surfaces, this oxide film has already been successfully deployed in multiple applications, notably in the core module of the space station.
