SY-330 room‑temperature rapid sealing agent is a pale green solid containing nickel salts, cobalt salts, and surfactants. It is used for the fast sealing of pores in aluminum oxide films, achieving a sealing rate of 0.8–1 μm/min. This product effectively inhibits the leaching of organic dyes during the sealing process, enhances sealing quality, improves surface smoothness, and offers a long service life. Anodized layers treated with SY-330 exhibit excellent corrosion resistance, and even thick anodic oxide films show no greenish discoloration. The formulation boasts a broad processing window, easy bath control, outstanding resistance to impurity ions, strong acid–base buffering capacity, and minimal need for frequent pH adjustments, ensuring stable performance. For dyed profiles, it prevents color fading, while silver‑white aluminum extrusions retain their original hue after sealing.
