Recently, Harbin Sanyong Metal Surface Technology Co., Ltd. received a letter of appreciation from the Space Science and Applications General Department of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The letter stated: “The core module mission of the space application system for the space station project was successfully launched on April 29, 2021. The containerless materials science experiment system carried aboard the module—whose functional surface treatment was provided by Sanyong—is undergoing normal in-orbit testing and operating smoothly, with scientific experiments continuing to be conducted. Samples from the first batch of experiments have been returned to Earth aboard the Shenzhou‑12 spacecraft and are currently being subjected to dissection analysis and materials‑science research.” The letter also expressed recognition and gratitude to Sanyong for its dedicated efforts and close collaboration as a participating research and development entity in the project.
