The fully automated aluminum alloy anodizing line was developed to address three major challenges in the anodizing of cast aluminum. When performing anodizing on cast aluminum, three types of cases have long been difficult to resolve domestically: 1) silicon content exceeding 7%; 2) valve bodies requiring a specific surface roughness; and 3) applications demanding wear resistance of the oxide film on the cast‑aluminum surface.
