In September 2021, following a joint review and acceptance process conducted by the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Finance, and the Heilongjiang Provincial Tax Service Bureau of the State Taxation Administration, Harbin Sanyong Metal Surface Technology Co., Ltd.
