1. San Yong provides a hard-anodized black finish for its company’s sniper rifles.
Advantages: The high-speed hard anodizing process overcomes the drawbacks of conventional hard anodizing—long processing times and extremely low productivity—while effectively inhibiting the dissolution of the anodic oxide film and preventing pitting. This enables rapid oxide‑film growth, enhances production efficiency, and reduces energy consumption.

1) Chemical plating pretreatment solution
By replacing secondary zinc immersion, it effectively modulates the aluminum surface potential, thereby establishing favorable conditions for achieving a chemically nickel‑plated coating with excellent adhesion on aluminum alloys. This ensures thorough activation of the aluminum substrate surface, resulting in strong bonding between the coating and the substrate.
2) Brightening agent for electroless nickel plating

The bath demonstrates strong deep‑plating and uniform‑plating capabilities, yielding coatings with high hardness and wear resistance, as well as outstanding ductility.
4) Blackening process for high-corrosion-resistant gun barrels made of high-speed steel (4Cr or 5CrMnMo)
The issues of insufficient blackness and poor corrosion resistance have been resolved. Previously, the neutral salt spray test could not exceed 48 hours; now it surpasses 75 hours. A dense oxide film is formed on the workpiece surface, effectively preventing corrosion and rusting while also enhancing wear resistance.
