SanmingAnodizing of High-Silicon Die-Cast Aluminum Alloy Valve Plates

Product Description

Anodic oxidation of high-silicon die-cast aluminum alloy valve plates is a typical barrier-type functional anodizing process. Because the electrolyte composed of organic acids and chromic acid is oxidizing yet non‑dissolving, the resulting anodic oxide film is thin and fine. In China, this type of anodizing generally conforms to the standards of Japan’s Aisin Corporation.
Film characteristics: thin, highly dense, high tensile stress, low surface roughness, and excellent wear resistance—making it a typical surface‑treatment process for high‑silicon die‑cast aluminum alloy valve plates and other hydraulic components.
