SY-335 aluminum oxide film dyeing and sealing agent is a solid powder that effectively inhibits the leaching of organic dyes during the sealing process, thereby accelerating the pore‑closing rate of the anodized film. Its unique formulation enhances sealing quality, improves surface smoothness, and extends service life.
SY-333, a room‑temperature, nickel‑free sealing agent, is a concentrated liquid formulation that delivers excellent pore sealing for aluminum anodized films at 35–43°C. This product is free of heavy metals, which not only simplifies wastewater treatment by eliminating the need to manage heavy metal contaminants but also prevents the greenish discoloration often caused by nickel‑salt adsorption onto the oxide layer during conventional nickel‑based sealing—since SY‑333 itself is colorless. Moreover, it is suitable for sealing both transparent anodized films and electrolytically colored anodized coatings. With proper maintenance and process control, the SY‑333 working solution can remain in service for extended periods without requiring replacement.
SY-332 ambient‑temperature trivalent chromium sealing agent is a pale green liquid used to seal the pores of dyed anodic oxide films. Based on fluoride as the primary salt, it contains no nickel or cobalt and incorporates trivalent chromium, enabling rapid (5 μm/min) and effective pore sealing even at low fluoride ion concentrations. It also features stable pH, easy maintenance, and low consumption. After sealing, it does not impair surface luster, enhances the film’s corrosion resistance and anti‑contamination performance, delivers excellent sealing results, and does not produce white frosting. The bath can be operated at room temperature, reducing heating energy consumption, while effluent treatment is straightforward, meeting environmental protection requirements.
SY-331 high‑corrosion‑resistant (organic) sealer is a liquid dispersion of organic polymers, containing silica and nonionic surfactants, and free of chromates; it is a colorless liquid. It forms a dense protective film on metal conversion coatings and electroplated surfaces, providing exceptional corrosion resistance and discoloration prevention, while being easy to use and simple to apply. It is suitable for aluminum anodized films, chemical conversion coatings, and various protective plating layers, such as trivalent blue‑white passivation, non‑hexavalent yellow multicolor passivation, and trivalent black passivation; it can also be used for hexavalent yellow multicolor passivation and olive‑green passivation. The product creates a transparent organic anti‑corrosion protective layer and enhances the performance of these passivation films in neutral salt spray tests, delivering 100–200 hours of protection.
SY-330 room‑temperature rapid sealing agent is a pale green solid containing nickel salts, cobalt salts, and surfactants. It is used for the fast sealing of pores in aluminum oxide films, achieving a sealing rate of 0.8–1 μm/min. This product effectively inhibits the leaching of organic dyes during the sealing process, enhances sealing quality, improves surface smoothness, and offers a long service life. Anodized layers treated with SY‑330 exhibit excellent corrosion resistance, and even thick anodic oxide films show no greenish discoloration. The formulation features a broad processing window, easy bath control, outstanding resistance to impurity ions, strong acid–base buffering capacity, and minimal need for frequent pH adjustments, ensuring good stability. For dyed profiles, it prevents color fading, while silver‑white aluminum extrusions retain their original hue after sealing.
SY-405 electroless nickel (high-phosphorus) is suitable for metal products that demand high coating hardness and excellent corrosion resistance; the post‑plating hardness is slightly higher than that of medium‑phosphorus electroless nickel. The coating is dense (amorphous), with outstanding magnetic shielding and superior acid‑corrosion resistance, and its hardness can reach 1200 HV after heat treatment.
SY-404 electroless nickel (medium‑phosphorus) boasts high stability, easy management, and convenient operation. The coating is a medium‑phosphorus deposit containing 6–8% phosphorus, characterized by its dense, smooth surface and excellent corrosion resistance. It contains no toxic metals, fully complying with the RoHS directive. This product is ideally suited for decorative, anti‑corrosion, and wear‑resistant plating on metal parts where heavy‑metal‑free coatings are required, and it has been certified to international SGS standards, meeting food‑ and pharmaceutical‑grade specifications.
SY-403 alkaline electroless nickel is an electroless nickel plating solution used for treating aluminum alloys prior to electroless nickel or electroplating. This alkaline electroless nickel process deposits a very thin, uniform, and highly active nickel coating, which can subsequently be followed by well‑adhering electroless nickel, electroless copper, or bright nickel electroplating. SY-403 is supplied as three concentrated liquids: Alkaline Electroless Nickel A and Alkaline Electroless Nickel C are used as tank‑start additives, while Alkaline Electroless Nickel B is used in combination with Alkaline Electroless Nickel C as a replenishment additive. An alkaline electroless nickel stabilizer is available for use when the working solution is subjected to irregular conditions.
SY-402 quaternary zinc‑immersion plating solution is a high‑performance formulation that deposits a premium zinc coating on the surfaces of various aluminum alloys and castings, such as computer hard disk drives. Unlike conventional immersion zinc baths, SY‑402 produces a uniform, thin, dense, and finely grained zinc layer with minimal etching of the aluminum substrate. It also exhibits excellent adhesion to subsequent coatings, including electroless nickel, electroplated nickel, and copper. Furthermore, SY‑402 is supplied as a concentrated solution, facilitating easy bath preparation and maintenance. The plating bath is readily rinsed, and the carry‑over of zinc into downstream tanks is minimal, ensuring stable bath control and a broad operating window for process parameters.
Y-401 activator is a direct electroless nickel plating activator for cast aluminum, developed over many years. It is a new, environmentally friendly product—odorless and non‑polluting—that meets advanced domestic and international standards. Compared with the conventional zinc‑depositing process, it not only reduces pollutant emissions and lowers production costs but also improves the first‑pass yield of electroless nickel plating.
SY-524 environmentally friendly stainless steel passivator is an acidic concentrated solution specially formulated for ferritic and martensitic stainless steels. It contains no nitric acid and achieves surface passivation through a non‑ferritic alloy, effectively preventing and removing reddish‑brown discoloration—commonly known as “red rust”—from stainless steel surfaces.
SY-521 stainless steel silver‑tone pickling solution is designed for high‑volume processing of medium‑ and small‑sized stainless steel parts; the workpieces must be fully immersed in the pickling bath. It removes scale, temper colors, forging scale, and surface rust in a single step, leaving a clean, lustrous, silvery‑bright metal finish with enhanced corrosion resistance.
SY-520 stainless steel electropolishing agent is designed for the electropolishing of all austenitic and martensitic stainless steels in the 200, 300, and 400 series, featuring a universal, chromium-free brightening formulation. It effectively enhances both surface roughness and luster, delivering striking results.
