SY-332 ambient‑temperature trivalent chromium sealing agent is a pale green liquid used to seal the pores of dyed anodic oxide films. Based on fluoride as the primary salt, it contains no nickel or cobalt and incorporates trivalent chromium, enabling rapid (5 μm/min) and effective pore sealing even at low fluoride ion concentrations. It also features stable pH, easy maintenance, and low consumption. After sealing, it does not impair surface luster, enhances the film’s corrosion resistance and anti‑contamination performance, delivers excellent sealing results, and does not produce white frosting. The bath can be operated at room temperature, reducing heating energy consumption, while its wastewater treatment is straightforward and compliant with environmental regulations.
