SY-301 anodizing agent is a white, powder‑form additive used for the anodizing of aluminum and aluminum alloys. It produces anodized films with a silvery‑white appearance and a fine, uniform surface texture. Additionally, it helps reduce sulfuric acid concentration, extending the service life of the anodizing bath; the solution can tolerate an aluminum content of up to 28 g/L. It also optimizes the electrical conductivity of the anolyte, enhancing film‑formation efficiency—increasing the deposition rate from the conventional 0.33 μm/min to 0.8 μm/min—thereby shortening electrolysis time, saving energy, and broadening the operating temperature range, with a permissible working temperature of up to 30°C.
