SY-302 Wide-Temperature Rapid Film-Forming Agent
SY-302 wide‑temperature rapid film‑forming agent is a colorless to pale blue liquid, suitable for sulfuric acid anodizing of aluminum and its alloys. Sulfuric acid anodizing baths containing this additive exhibit a faster film‑formation rate, reaching up to 1 µm/min, facilitating the production of thick oxide films while maintaining high process efficiency. Compared with conventional sulfuric acid anodizing, it can improve productivity by 20–40%. Moreover, it offers a broad operating temperature range: qualified oxide films can be obtained at temperatures below 30°C, with uniform thickness, enhanced hardness, and excellent sealing performance.
SY-301 anodizing additive is a white, powder‑form additive used in the anodizing of aluminum and aluminum alloys. It produces anodized films with a silvery‑white appearance and a fine, uniform surface texture. Additionally, it lowers sulfuric acid concentration, extending the service life of the anodizing bath, and tolerates an aluminum content of up to 28 g/L. It optimizes the electrical conductivity of the electrolyte, enhancing film‑formation efficiency—increasing the deposition rate from the conventional 0.33 μm/min to 0.8 μm/min—thereby reducing electrolysis time, saving energy, and broadening the operating temperature range, with a permissible operating temperature of up to 30°C.
SY-300 hard anodizing agent is a white powdery solid used in sulfuric acid‑based hard anodizing. Compared with conventional low‑temperature anodizing, it is more economical and energy‑efficient. Under adverse anodizing conditions, it can slow the dissolution of the oxide film, improve film thickness uniformity, and exhibit reduced sensitivity to fluctuations in temperature and current density during anodizing, while also being suitable for use at elevated temperatures.
