SY-403 Alkaline Chemical Nickel
SY-403 alkaline electroless nickel is an electroless nickel plating solution used for treating aluminum alloys prior to electroless nickel or electroplating. This alkaline electroless nickel process deposits a very thin, uniform, and highly active nickel coating, which can subsequently be followed by well‑adhering electroless nickel, electroless copper, or bright nickel electroplating. SY-403 is supplied as three concentrated liquids: Alkaline Electroless Nickel A and Alkaline Electroless Nickel C are used as tank‑start additives, while Alkaline Electroless Nickel B is used in combination with Alkaline Electroless Nickel C as a replenishment additive. An alkaline electroless nickel stabilizer is available for use when the working solution is subjected to irregular conditions.
SY-402 Tetravalent Zinc Plating
SY-402 quaternary zinc‑immersion plating solution is a high‑performance formulation that deposits a premium zinc coating on the surfaces of various aluminum alloys and castings, such as computer hard disk drives. Unlike conventional immersion zinc baths, SY‑402 produces a uniform, thin, dense, and finely grained zinc layer with minimal etching of the aluminum substrate. It also exhibits excellent adhesion to subsequent coatings, including electroless nickel, electroplated nickel, and copper. Furthermore, SY‑402 is supplied as a concentrated solution, facilitating easy bath preparation and maintenance. The plating bath is readily rinsed, and the carry‑over of zinc into downstream tanks is minimal, ensuring stable bath control and a broad operating window for process parameters.
Y-401 activator is a direct electroless nickel plating activator for cast aluminum, developed over many years. It is a new, environmentally friendly product—odorless and non‑polluting—that meets advanced domestic and international standards. Compared with the conventional zinc‑depositing process, it not only reduces pollutant emissions and lowers production costs but also improves the first‑pass yield of electroless nickel plating.
SY-524 Eco-friendly Stainless Steel Passivation Agent
SY-524 environmentally friendly stainless steel passivator is an acidic concentrated solution specially formulated for ferritic and martensitic stainless steels. It contains no nitric acid and achieves surface passivation through a non‑ferritic alloy, effectively preventing and removing reddish‑brown discoloration—commonly known as “red rust”—from stainless steel surfaces.
SY-521 Stainless Steel Silver Etching Solution
SY-521 stainless steel silver‑tone pickling solution is designed for high‑volume processing of medium‑ and small‑sized stainless steel parts; the workpieces must be fully immersed in the pickling bath. It removes scale, temper colors, forging scale, and surface rust in a single step, leaving a clean, lustrous, silvery‑bright metal finish with enhanced corrosion resistance.
SY-520 Stainless Steel Electrolytic Polishing Agent
SY-520 stainless steel electropolishing agent is designed for the electropolishing of all austenitic and martensitic stainless steels in the 200, 300, and 400 series, featuring a universal, chromium-free brightening formulation. It effectively enhances both surface roughness and luster, delivering striking results. The post‑polished surface roughness can reach Ra 0.2–0.5 μm, approaching a mirror‑like finish, with long‑lasting shine and an elegant, refined appearance. This product is suitable for internal and external polishing of furniture, tableware, sanitary ware, pipes, wires, shelving, jewelry components, stamped parts, and various hardware items, making it highly versatile across a wide range of applications.
SY-322 Chromium-Free Aluminum Alloy Passivator
SY-322 aluminum alloy chromium‑free passivator is a colorless liquid that contains no lead, cadmium, (trivalent and hexavalent) chromium, mercury, or PBB/PBDF. It is an environmentally friendly passivator for treating surface films on aluminum and aluminum alloys. The resulting film can serve as a final finish or as a primer for subsequent paint coating, powder coating, or application of higher‑performance topcoats, and it can also act as a base for surface‑bonding adhesives. Its corrosion‑resistance performance is comparable to that of hexavalent chromium passivation; on cast aluminum alloy surfaces, it even exceeds the corrosion‑resistance standards specified in MIL‑DTL‑81706 and MIL‑DTL‑5541 (based on ASTM B‑117 and DIN EN ISO 9227 neutral salt spray test criteria, with initial white rust appearing only after more than 336 hours).
